• Store your items properly in a jewelry box.
• Keep jewelry away from household cleaning products.

Shipping:

We strive to offer you an excellent shopping experience and to ensure that your orders arrive at your home as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy them whenever you want. Below we detail the entire process and how our shipping service works.

1. Processing time: once your purchase is made, our team will process your order within 1-2 business days within the peninsula and 3-7 days to the United States and Puerto Rico. During periods of high demand or special dates, this processing time may be extended, however we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
2. Shipping methods: We offer different shipping options to suit your needs. At the end of your purchase, you will be able to select the shipping method you prefer, and you will be shown the associated costs and estimated delivery times for each available option.
3. Shipping tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and know its status at all times.
4. Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the time of finalizing your purchase, based on the destination and the selected shipping method. If you make a purchase over a certain amount, we offer free shipping. Check our promotions and conditions for more details.

Returns:

If for any reason you decide to return a product, here is the necessary information.

1. Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt that came to your email as proof of return.
2. Return process:
   • To start the return process, you must contact us and inform us about the return through the email info@vibrant-connection.com within 30 calendar days from the day you received your order.
   • We will inform you of the address to which you should send the product.
   • You must return the product through a courier company of your choice.
   • The package must have your first and last name and the order number in question.
   • Once we have received the return and it has been verified that the product is in its original state, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, the amount returned will appear again in your account in a period of 1-7 days, depending on the bank entities involved.
   • Vibrant Connection will not be responsible for the refund of the amount if the package does not reach our hands.
3. Refunds: Once we have received and processed the returned product, we will issue the corresponding refund. The time required for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on the payment method used, but we will endeavor to complete the process as quickly as possible.
4. Return costs: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will pay the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Return conditions for defects

At Vibrant Connection, we strive to provide quality products and ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes defects can occur in the products purchased.

• The product must be within the specified warranty period to qualify for a return for defects.
• The product must have been used according to the instructions and for its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper handling will not be covered by our return policy for defects.
